High school sweethearts Ethan and Julia met when they were 13 and 14. Now married for 10 years and together for 16 they live on a farm with their daughter Joey, 2 dogs, and all the LOADS of animals that Julia keeps bringing home.

HS Steel & Construction is a locally owned, Christian based business and something that we’ve said from the beginning is that we are a Kingdom Building Business. We believe that we have been given this business to steward and to use as a vessel to advance the Kingdom of God here on the earth through the marketplace.

Meet our Team

James

Head Foreman

James is an integral part of our organization. From doing material takeoffs for each job, to overseeing our staff, to customer service and beyond. His hands are on a majority of things happening here at our shop.

With his strengths of delegation and knowing who excels where, James has a passion for creating a work environment centered around family.

Kolton

Production Foreman / Lead fabricator

Kolton is one of the first employees we ever had and is head over the production of our steel buildings. Kolton also manages our on-site erecting crews.

With a spirit of excellence, Kolton is one of the most efficient and hard working people you will ever meet. He is someone that will stay till the work is done without questions asked.

Cody

Lead Fitter / Fabricator

After our steel members are put together they need to be cut to length and then fit with connection plates, purlin clips, holes, flange braces, and more. Cody oversee’s the fitting crews that make this happen.

Cody is passionate about creating a quality product. Not only is he thorough, but he excels in the little details, which makes him a valuable asset in the production of your building.
